ANNUAL CLUB REGISTRATION

THE WHY

• Club registration affiliates your club to North Country Region  and USA Volleyball
• Initiates next-step processes between your club , North Country Region, and USA Volleyball
• Ensures your club can compete Regionally and Nationally under North Country Region and USA Volleyball.
• Codifies each club's unique Club Code so that your club is registered accurately in tournament event systems (AES, SportsWrench, etc..) which are used regionally and nationally
• Maintains the club status as a North Country Region - USA Volleyball registered club in USA Volleyball's membership management system
• Provides NCR staff with USAV management access in the club's USAV HQ

WHO COMPLETES THIS FORM

• Current Club Director  OR
• Designated Club Administrator

REQUIREMENTS TO MAINTAIN NCR-USA VOLLEYBALL CLUB STATUS

• Current USA Volleyball member
• Register minimum of 1 team with USA Volleyball Governing Season 
• Current cleared USA Volleyball approved background screen
• Current SafeSport training
• Is in good standing with North Country Region and USA Volleyball
